Free - 15 minute initial consultation
$300 - 90 minute intake assessment
All paperwork must be completed prior to the intake visit or additional time may be needed and extra payment charged.
$150 - 30 minute follow-up appointments
Struggling financially? I do offer discounted rates up to 1/2 off but may require documentation of recent hardship such as unemployment statements or recent paystubs.
Credit Card MUST be on file through Headway OR Optimantra PRIOR to any appointment other than free consultation.
NO SHOW FEE WILL BE CHARGED to the credit card on file if appointments are cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment - Regular appointment fee will be charged for missed appointments.
I also use a secure messaging/txting platform through Spruce and will txt you an invite to download the app for secure HIPAA compliant txting if needed/desired.
