NO SHOW FEE WILL BE CHARGED to the credit card on file if appointments are cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment - Regular appointment fee will be charged for missed appointments.
I also use a secure messaging/txting platform through Spruce and will txt you an invite to download the app for secure HIPAA compliant txting if needed/desired.
